Notice of Annual General Meeting
In terms of Clause 16 of the Constitution, Notice is hereby given that the Forty-Eighth Annual General meeting of the Westville Theatre Club will be held at the Club House on:
Wednesday 30 July 2014 19h00
Agenda
1. Notice of Meeting
2. Minutes of the Forty Seventh Annual General Meeting to be read and confirmed.
3. Chairman’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Election of Officers
6. Election of Auditors
7. Consider and fix subscriptions for the ensuing year.
8. Any other Business
Nominations for the officers shall be handed to the Secretary as soon as possible or at the Annual General Meeting, each form to be signed by the member nominated, the proposer and seconder, all must be voting members of the Club. Such nomination forms are attached. Details of all nominations received shall be available to any member of the Club in good standing. Voting shall be by secret ballot.
